Iron Dukes Announces Inaugural “Duke Athletics Tour” Featuring David Cutcliffe

DURHAM, N.C. – The Iron Dukes, Duke University’s fundraising organization for athletic scholarships, is excited to announce the inaugural “Duke Athletics Tour” featuring head football coach David Cutcliffe.

The “Duke Athletics Tour” is a new initiative presented by the Iron Dukes to bring together coaches and Blue Devil fans. The tour will visit eight cities throughout the southeast over the upcoming spring and summer. The tour is open to all Duke alumni, donors and fans.

Destinations for the tour include Charlotte (May 1), Atlanta, Ga. (May 6), Greensboro (May 8), Wilson (May 20), Wilmington (May 21), Knoxville, Tenn. (May 22), Durham (TBA) and Raleigh (TBA).

“We're excited about visiting the Blue Devil fans all across the region,” said Jack Winters, Director of the Iron Dukes. “Our staff is looking forward to the tour and talking about all of the great things happening at Duke.”
